I have so much I have been wanting to blog, but it’s summer which means we are slammed! Yay! Love it!  But that means that my “to be blogged” folder will just have to wait a while I guess.

I shot this beauty today, Miss Kelenda, and while I loved these images and was so excited she gave permission, I knew that if I didn’t blog them asap that I may not ever get to it. And, if I am honest, I have tax stuff to do tonight so I may be filling my time with more fun things to do in an effort to avoid it. Tee hee ;)  Hoping in the future I will be able to show off more of her images, however some are pretty racy! And I say that to remind those who are considering a shoot that while we don’t show them on the site, we do shoot implied nudity. What that means is no actual bits n piece (lol) but strategic nude poses so the client looks naked without actually seeing anything……definitely a gift to add a little heat to the marriage!  xo- Marissa

With Summer just around the corner, we are gearing up for our busiest time of the year here in our San Diego Studio.  Not only are we packed with brides-to-be, but we get girls who want to pamper themselves, have a girls day out with their friends (our Pin Up Parties), or just feel in the mood to show off some skin and their bikini ready body to that special someone.

It seems we are a little been behind on posting recent shoots, but we have been so busy in the studio we haven’t had the chance!  So I just wanted to take a moment and post some pics of women who recently came in and are oh-so ready for Summer!  I (Ashley) had the pleasure of photographing all of these awesome ladies.  I seriously feel so blessed that this is what my job consists of on a daily basis!  On that note, I have to thank these ladies for not only making my job that much more fun and enjoyable, but for signing image release forms so that I can share their gorgeous images with all of you!

Rachel’s from the same town as me! (Along with Marissa, Danielle and Deena for that matter).  She rocked the pin up pose, even though she thought I was crazy at first for making her feel so silly. :)

Ms. L had such a fun personality and although she didn’t pick them for her album, I got some awesome laughing pictures of her.  We both laughed a LOT during her shoot!

I was obsessed with getting great shots of Ms. C’s tattoo.  I loved the colors!  This was the last set of her photo shoot and we had a blast with the fan and even got some great jumping shots.  So fun :).

Thanks again ladies!  You all rocked your shoots and hope you love the finished product.  Hope to see you again some day for another photo shoot! :)

1) Bring outfits that you LOVE! Sure, we DO have a closet that’s stocked full of fun & flirty lingerie, but YOU know what looks best on you. So have a little fun & go shop for some new lingerie! On the day of your photo shoot, you will have a chance to sit down w/ your photographer to plan out your session. During this consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to choose which outfits will go best with which sets, and your photographer will also possibly suggest a few accessories from our closet that might go great with what you’ve already brought.
2) Bring a basic black push-up bra & a pair of hiphugger or boyshort black panties (we love these panties from Victoria’s Secret… and this is a great push-up bra, if you don’t already have one).
3) Bring an open mind… and get ready to have fun! Happy Monday everyone! Ashley here and I just wanted to post another one of my recent shoots. :) Shannon came in a couple weeks ago and although she started out a little quiet, she totally opened up and was such a blast to photograph! Her man is in the Navy and she brought the cutest accessories including a bra with anchors on it, LOVE! As you can see below, the camera loved her :)

We give our clients a few different options for their boudoir books… most gals were opting for the more classic style, 8×8 leather books a few years ago when we were first starting out… BUT more and more gals are getting these 10×10 books for a more modern style. It’s also a great way to get a duplicate book (one 10×10 book to give as a gift… and then add another cute little ‘mini’ 5×5 book to keep for yourself & show off to your girlfriends!).

When you come in for your shoot, you can check out all of the different styles of books & albums that we offer, and you can decide which one you’d like that day during your viewing session! PS… did you know that when you book your session with the Boudoir Divas, that you actually get to SEE YOUR PHOTOS ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR PHOTO SHOOT?!?!? Yes, you heard me correctly.
