When I started planning my wedding about 3 years ago, the first website I visited was www.theknot.com. I found myself on the website late at night searching for all things wedding-related. Throughout the months of planning, I browsed through gallery after gallery of wedding hair styles, shoes, and more. The Knot has a stellar reputation among Brides-to-be, and girls are more than happy to tell their friends about it. That’s how I heard about The Knot. We just wanted to share some love with The Knot today :). If by some chance any of you soon-to-be-Mrs. haven’t checked out their website, we encourage you to!

We had the pleasure of participating in a wedding show at the US Grant Hotel about a week and a half ago. Thank you to all you ladies who stopped by to say hello and inquire about our boudoir photography. The Boudoir Divas are off to Paris!

Don’t worry, the ENTIRE studio won’t be gone, but Marissa, Kimberlee and I (Ashley) are heading off to Paris, France! We are so excited to be hosting not one, but TWO workshops while in Paris. For those of you who don’t know, The Boudoir Divas host about 4-6 workshops a year to teach other photographers ALL about boudoir photography and the business. And once a year, we teach workshops in beautiful and romantic PARIS; we can’t wait! We will be posting videos and blogs, so keep checking back to see what’s going on with us. Crystal and Deena will still be holding down the fort at our San Diego studio, so if you are considering booking a shoot or Pin Up Party, contact us asap (sdstudio@theboudoirdivas.com) as May is almost completely filled up already (awesome!)

Crystal’s image featured in Professional Photographer Mag!

We are SO proud of Crystal! Her gorgeous image was featured in Professional Photographer Magazine! This is a national publication from the Professional Photographers of America organization (PPA), and THOUSANDS of photographers receive this mag! The advertisement features our fabulous professional photo lab, Bay Photo (which is where we print ALL of our products for clients!) It’s a beautiful shot, and it really stands out in the magazine. We love it! Crystal was so cute when she saw the ad… I loved seeing her face light up! Hey ladies! We know that when you come in for your boudoir photo session, you are always incredibly excited to VIEW YOUR PHOTOS! Of course, here at the Boudoir Divas San Diego, we do something extra special (which is something that other boudoir studios don’t do!)… we let you view your images on the SAME DAY, just an hour after you’ve completed your photo shoot! We love being able to provide you with this fast service, and we work hard to make sure that you’re able to view your photos on the same day. This is definitely one of the things that sets our studio apart from the rest. We hear from our wonderful clients that one of the HARDEST things is narrowing down your images and getting your selections for your album, and so for our SPRING SPECIAL, we wanted to help you out by offering a great deal on adding more photos to your album!
