For those of you who follow our blog, you will know that I (Ashley) joined The Boudoir Divas team just over a year ago as the Divas’ “go-to-girl/Exec Assistant” and have since expanded my job titles to include “PR Director/Marketing/Social Media Manager/Boudoir International Admin”…kind of a little bit of everything around our little studio. :) (If you want to see my VERY FIRST Video on my first day at the studio, click HERE!)All the while, I was training to be a boudoir photographer for our studio! The time has come and I am now shooting regularly. It is an awesome feeling and everything I learned, I learned from M & K. Many of you have asked me to post pics, so here is one of my first shoots. This is the beautiful Lindsey, and she was kind enough to let me share her pics with all of you!

Your favorite San Diego Boudoir Studio

We hope everyone is doing well this beautiful Tuesday. :) For those of you who have had the chance to get a shoot done at our San Diego Studio, you can agree how fun the studio is and how awesome our many sets are that you get to choose from! The Boudoir Divas love keeping things updated and offering more options for new clients and even past clients to come back for a fresh look. We recently added another set to our 4,500 square foot studio, check it out!

Meet Amanda and Jennifer. They have been Best Friends for years :). They were in need of VDAY gifts for their guys AND Girl Time, so they booked their photo shoots at out studio on the same day!

If you and a friend book your sessions on the same day, we will discount both of your sessions by 10%!

They each had their hair and make-up done here at our studio (*by the lovely Peggy Rogers), and then did their photo shoots and viewings back-to-back! We all worked together to devise a story that would explain to their guys why their hair and make-up were fully done, and I think they decided on something about a free trial at the mall, hee hee ;).
At the end of their sessions, I snapped a couple of photos of the girls together that they could put on display ;)..

BoudoirDivas: Hi Laura, tell me what made you want to have a boudoir shoot?
Laura: I wanted to give my husband a photo album of ME for our 30th wedding anniversary. This year is also my “golden birthday year” um yes, like I turn 50 – Holy sheiks….
BD: Well you look great! What was his reaction?
Laura: He loved it!! He took the album to work with him for a few days! he he
BD: Which package did you book?
Laura: Full shoot
BD: Did you have any hesitations/concerns before the shoot?
Laura: Yes of course! I was nervous on how the pictures would turn out. How would my body look?
BD: Who was your photographer?
Laura: Marissa
BD: Did Marissa do anything in particular that helped with those concerns?
Laura: Marissa is a doll and she loves what she does and this reflects on us the customer.. She made me feel very comfortable with her smile and comments on how great I was doing in the shoot.
BD: Would you do this again and would you recommend this to other women?
Laura: Most definitely! I am trying to get my husband to let go of the book for a few hours to show my friends – no such luck yet!!
BD: That’s awesome! So, how did you feel when you saw your pictures for the first time?
Laura: Shocked – that was me? No way
BD: Can you give me one word that describes how you felt after the photo shoot was over?
Laura: SEXY
BD: Was there a particular reason you decided to book with the Boudoir Divas – rather than another studio? Laura: They were the most classy around
BD: And finally, how did you hear about the Boudoir Divas studio?

We know a Boudoir Shoot can seem intimidating at first, but that’s what we are here for! Our all female staff will put you at ease and guide you through the entire shoot. You will leave feeling full of confidence, beautiful and having a wonderful memory to last a lifetime. As Georgia said after the shoot, “It was a total ego boost and I wish I could do this every day!” Thanks, Georgia!

The Boudoir Divas are excited to introduce our newest addition to the Diva family! Ashley, the “Go-to-Girl” aka Diva Assistant will be doing everything from keeping up the blogs and webisodes, to marketing, to traveling with the Divas for workshops. The company is doing so well (thanks to all of you!) that we just had to bring another fabulous diva on to keep everything organized and help us continue to grow and reach all of our goals.
